We are dedicated, invested, and educated in the industry of community association management — with the goal of helping our client associations become financially stable while creating and supporting communities that owners enjoy living and working in.

Ashton Threet
Owner & Supervising CAM
Ashton holds the CMCA and AMS designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is currently pursuing her PCAM designation. She is licensed as a Supervising CAM in Nevada and serves as a voting member on the CAI Kentucky Legislative Action Committee, advocating for legislation that supports community associations.
A native of Central Kentucky, Ashton returned to the Lexington market after identifying an opportunity to elevate the standard of service available to associations in the region. Her leadership focuses on professional guidance, strong operational support, and reliable management solutions for the communities Alpha serves.
Jerry Threet
Co-Owner
Jerry supports Alpha through back-office operations and customer service. A U.S. Navy veteran and experienced business owner, he brings over a decade of leadership and operational experience to the team.
In addition to his role with Alpha, Jerry operates Alpha Home Services, which provides maintenance services and project support for community associations. Originally from Las Vegas, Jerry relocated to Central Kentucky in 2021.
